Experience active recuperation, peace and meditation in the wonderful natural mountain landscape of the Zillertal Arena.
Get your health levels trim with leisurely hikes and light health and relaxation exercises (valid from 26.06. to 30.09.2011).
All activities will be supervised by qualified AKTIV trainers and are suitable for everybody. The Active Wellness Programme is free of charge on proof of the Gerloser and Zillertaler guest card!
In case of bad weather, you have the opportunity to take part in an alternative programme with games, as well as well-being and relaxation exercises.

Meeting point for nearly all activities on Gerlos will be the music pavilion (no prior registration required!)
For activities in Zell, the meeting point will be at the Leisure Park. Please register before 5:00 pm the previous day at the tourist office!
