Keep yourself in trim daily in our fitness room!
Start with a gentle jog on the treadmill, followed by a step-machine session or on the home trainer - you’ll be doing the right thing for your heart, condition and circulation.
You can keep tabs on your training progress with the heart frequency measurer, or get your muscles working with a power machine.
Relaxation can definitely be learned. Strain and relaxation - the highest concentration and recuperation: if you are active and conquer your daily exercises, you also need regeneration, ranging from a leisurely walk to techniques, which are offered daily by us. Breathing exercises, yoga, the five Tibetans, back aerobics and much more (in summer only)!
