What you need to know otherwise!

Arrival and departure:

Your room will be ready for you as of 3:00 pm, on departure, we would kindly request you to vacate your room by 11:00 am at the latest. In case you plan to arrive after 6:00 pm, please give us plenty of notice.

Booking arrangements:

All prices listed are in euros, per person per night including half board for stays of 3 nights or more. Guests will receive a €10 reduction if just taking breakfast. Meals not consumed in the hotel can unfortunately not be refunded.

If you would require a double room for individual use, we will add a 50% supplement to your bill. Extra bed for adults: -10%, valid with 2 full-paying guests in double room or apartment. Single parents with child(ren) - special prices on request.

Garage:

Park your car safely for €8 per night.

Dogs:

You are welcome to bring your dogs, but please also bring a basket and a blanket. WE love dogs, just as long as they are “used” to hotels. Daily rates: €11 to €15 without feed. Any damages or mess are not included in the price.

Please note, that dog-owners will not automatically be given non-smoking rooms, as these are generally reserved for guests with allergies.

Deposit:

Only written bookings are valid, with an enclosed deposit of € 500 per room, or with a credit card number. You can also transfer your deposit to our account at the Raiffesisenkasse Gerlos IBAN: AT42 3636 0000 0012 1087, BIC code: RZTIAT22360. Your deposit will be used as cancellation fee, should you cancel your booking.

Cancellations:

Are also only valid in writing. Should you cancel up to 3 months before your planned arrival, you will be exempt from paying cancellation fees, cancellations up to 14 days before will result in us charging you 3 nights of the reserved price, in case of cancellations of 14 days or later or early departure, we will charge 70 % of the reserved price. We therefore recommend a travel cancellation insurance.

Methods of payment:

Cash, EC card (valid for Maestro cards from Austria, Germany and the Netherlands), travellers cheques, foreign currency or prior tansfer (Netto Hotel), credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD.
