Mountain active is a colourful fitness & vitality programme for young & old!

Come rain or shine, this programme is free for all guests of the Gerloser member businesses from 20.06. - 17.09.2010 (from Sundy to Friday)!

Mountain active offers leisurely introductory hikes (also Nordic walking) right through to the demanding “tight muscles” tour, a varied mountain and hiking programme. Tightrope garden, mountain bike tours, canyoning, rafting and themed hikes round off this superb offer.

The Mountain Active programme can also be booked by guests of non-member business for a price of € 140 per person/week or € 30 per person/day.

Good, firm shoes are essential for all hikes as well as a decent condition for the high-altitude tours. The bikes for the mountain bike tours and likewise mountain shoes, rain protection clothing, rucksacks and telescope stands can all be hired from various sport shop around Gerlos.
