SPA Etiquette & Information
It is very important to us that you enjoy your stay with us to the fullest. For this reason, we have put together some information that may be useful to you.
APPAREL
For your comfort, we recommend that you come to the treatment wearing a bath robe and bath slippers. Prior to some treatments you will receive a throwaway slip in the dressing room to be used for the duration of the treatment.
APPOINTMENTS
In order for us to be able to offer you our best service, we kindly ask you to book your desired treatments at the same time as your stay. Of course you are also welcome to make an appointment for a treatment at the hotel or spa reception.
CHECK IN
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment and enjoy a relaxing cup of tea while slipping into the mood for your treatment. We strive to begin all treatments on time.
RUNNING LATE
Should you arrive late, please understand that the treatment procedure might need to be slightly altered or shortened.
REST AND RELAXATION
Most guests are primarily looking for rest and relaxation in the wellness area. We kindly ask you to respect this and refrain from bringing mobile phones into the wellness area.
MEDICAL INFORMATION
Please inform us concerning any medical particularities. Some treatments are not to be performed should certain medical conditions be present.
PREGNANCY
We have prepared special packages for you during this wonderful stage of your life. We will be pleased to provide you with information and advice on suitable treatments tailored to meet your individual needs.
CANCELLATION
Appointment cancellations are free of charge up to 12 hours before treatment begins. We ask for your understanding that we have to charge 80% of the price for late cancellations.
CHILDREN
Children under the age of 15 may use the pool area only when supervised. The sauna is a nude area; for this reason, children under 15 are not admitted. We apologize for any inconvenience.
