For cancellations up to 31 days prior to the date of arrival no cancellation fee will be charged.
For cancellations from 30 to 15 days prior to the date of arrival we will charge 40% of the total booked amount.
For cancellations up to 7 days prior to the date of arrival we will charge 70% of the total booked amount.
We charge 90% of the total booked amount for cancellations in the last week before the date of arrival.
In case of no-show or premature departure we charge 100% of the total booked amount

This cancellation policy applies regardless of whether we were able to fill the vacancies. The same applies in the event of early departure.

Good to know: With Europäische Reiseversicherung, insurance can also be taken out after you have booked your holidays. In this case, the insurance is valid after a 10-day waiting period after the conclusion date.

Room reservations must be received in writing.
Package offers are only valid if booked in advance in writing. Reservations are binding after receipt of € 500 per room, with final balances payable on departure. We will not automatically confirm receipt of payment.
