The wellness facilities will be open for our guests. Our two spa areas “Fire” and “Water” offer ample space, however we recommend restricted capacity. Please see the information in the sauna area.
As usual, we serve the individual courses at dinner to your table, and the buffet area is also fully available – for your safety, disinfection dispensers and disposable gloves are provided for you. You will be allocated a table for breakfast and dinner for the duration of your stay.
We have lived with the coronavirus for over 20 months and have learned to deal with it in a careful and responsible way. We, family Hörl and most of our staff have been fully vaccinated. In addition, the entire team is tested once a week using a PCR test and all staff must wear FFP2 masks.
As a precaution against contracting the coronavirus, we all urge all our guests and staff members to:
  • Self-isolate and inform the hotel immediately by phone if they develop a fever (37.5°C or higher), feel feverish or have other symptoms.
  • Cough and sneeze into a tissue or your elbow and dispose of used tissues immediately.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Wash your hands frequently with soap and water, especially after coughing and sneezing, or use hand sanitiser several times a day.
