The first rays of sunshine stream through the window as the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and warm pastries fills the room. At the breakfast buffet you will find regional cheeses and cold cuts, crusty bread, freshly prepared egg dishes, crisp fruit, homemade spreads and muesli with nuts, seeds and organic ingredients. A wide selection of teas ensures a warming start to the day – with views of the surrounding mountains and a growing sense of anticipation.

What is served on the plate at the Gaspingerhof has often not travelled far. We prefer to source our ingredients from local farmers and producers in the neighbourhood. Genuine cuisine in the Zillertal starts at the source and stands out for its freshness and quality. It is no coincidence that our restaurant in Gerlos bears the “Bewusst Tirol” quality seal. Particularly popular (and renowned): Game specialities from the surrounding forests and tender lamb from our own farm – a real highlight for your gourmet holiday in Austria.
