The water sparkles, your body feels light. In our heated outdoor pool or indoor pool, you can quite literally swim away from everyday life. The whirlpool surrounds you with bubbling warmth while the mountains stand guard outside. Our hotel with pool in the Zillertal offers you space for refreshment and relaxation in equal measure. In our sauna world in the Zillertal, the power of warmth reveals itself in many ways: intense in the 90 °C Finnish sauna, gentle in the bio sauna or wonderfully fragrant in the aroma steam bath. The heat opens, cleanses and releases. And it creates space for what everyday life often leaves no room for: Calmness and feeling good in your own skin.

Infrared, tranquillity & a sense of security

Recovery does not always come from movement, but often from pausing mindfully. In the infrared room, gentle warmth flows through your body, easing tension and giving you new energy. Our relaxation rooms are havens of lightness: flooded with light, comforting and yet connected to the world outside. Ideal for a short break in between – with a view of the mountains or with your eyes closed.

Two worlds, one feeling

In our two wellness areas, you can experience the interplay of the elements in completely different ways. “Fire” stands for warmth, strength and deep regeneration, with saunas and treatments exclusively for adults. “Water” stands for movement, lightness and family time, with pools and a swimwear sauna where children are warmly welcome. Two worlds that complement each other and, at the Gaspingerhof, create space for everyone.

The indoor and outdoor pools, the family sauna and the infrared cabin are all on one level. You can reach our saunas and relaxation areas via a staircase to the lower ground floor.
