Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, our cancellation policy at the Gaspingerhof is as follows, in accordance with the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (AGBH 2006):
These cancellation conditions apply regardless of weather the cancelled room(s) can subsequently be resold, either in full or in part. The same applies in the event of an early departure. For your own protection, we strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Your room will be available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 am.
Is parking available?
Yes, complimentary outdoor parking is available directly at the hotel. Underground parking spaces are available for an additional charge.
Are electric vehicle charging stations available?
Yes, charging stations for electric vehicles are available at the hotel. Please contact the reception for details and current rates.

- up to 31 days before arrival: cancellation free of charge, subject to an administrative fee of € 30,- per room
- 30 to 15 days before arrival: 40% of the total arrangement price will be charged
- up to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total arrangement price will be charged
- in the event of a no-show or early departure: 100% of the total arrangement price will be charged
- up to 3 months before arrival: cancellation free of charge, subject to an administrative fee of € 30,- per room
- 90 to 31 days before arrival: 40% of the total arrangement price will be charged
- 30 to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total arrangement price will be charged
- from 7 days before arrival: 90% of the total arrangement price will be charged
- in the event of a no-show or early departure: 100% of the total arrangement price will be charged
