What are the check-in and check-out times?
Your room will be available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 am.

Is parking available?
Yes, complimentary outdoor parking is available directly at the hotel. Underground parking spaces are available for an additional charge.

Are electric vehicle charging stations available?
Yes, charging stations for electric vehicles are available at the hotel. Please contact the reception for details and current rates.

Can I arrive earlier or stay longer on my departure day?
Early check-in and late check-out are available subject to availability. Please contact us in advance.

Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire hotel.

We accept cash, EC cards, debit cards, and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Are bathrobes and spa bags provided?
Yes, bathrobes, slippers and a spa bag are provided in your room free of charge for the duration of your stay.

Yes, all rooms are equipped with an in-room safe.

Are the rooms cleaned daily?
Yes, daily housekeeping service is included.

Are baby cots and children's equipment available?
Yes, baby cots and various baby and toddler amenities are available upon request.

What wellness facilities are available?
The Gaspingerhof features the spacious spa worlds “Water” and “Fire” with indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, steam baths and relaxation areas.

Is there a family-friendly spa area?
Yes, our “Water Spa” is designed for families and includes a textile sauna suitable for both adults and children.

Should I book spa treatments in advance?
We recommend booking massages and beauty treatments before your arrival, especially during holiday periods.

Can I use the spa area on my arrival and departure day?
Spa access on your arrival or departure day may be possible depending on availability. Please enquire at reception.

Are there play areas for children?
Yes, children can look forward to a playroom as well as numerous opportunities for play, fun, and physical activity.

Is there a sports hall?
Yes, our sports hall offers plenty of space for exercise and group activities, even in bad weather.

How far is the Dorfbahn gondola lift from the hotel?
You can conveniently reach the Dorfbahn Gerlos via our direct connecting passageway. Ski-in & ski-out access is one of the special highlights of the Gaspingerhof.

Can I buy ski passes at the hotel?
Yes, ski passes for 2 days or more can be purchased at the reception desk.

Is there a ski room?
Yes, a complimentary ski storage room is available for our guests.

Are private ski depots / ski lockers available?
Yes, private ski depots are available for 2 people (€8 per night) or 4 people (€16 per night). We kindly ask you to reserve them in advance before your arrival.

Are there discounts on ski rentals?
Guests of the Gaspingerhof receive a 10% discount at Intersport Huber, located at the Dorfbahn station.

Are guided hikes available?
Yes, our hotel’s own hiking guide regularly leads guided hikes. You can find more information in our weekly activity program.

Are the mountain lifts included?
Yes, with the Free Mountain program, all Gaspingerhof guests can use the mountain lifts in Gerlos and Königsleiten free of charge.

Can I borrow hiking poles and backpacks?
Yes, hiking poles and backpacks are available free of charge and can be borrowed from the reception desk.

What meal options are included?
Guests staying in the Bergjuwel Apartments do not have any meals included. However, breakfast and dinner can be booked as optional extras. Gaspinger’s Half Board Plus includes our breakfast buffet, an afternoon snack, and a gourmet 5-course dinner in the evening. Gaspinger’s Bed & Breakfast option includes our breakfast buffet only.

Are allergies and dietary intolerances catered for?
Yes, of course. Please inform us about any allergies or dietary requirements when making your reservation or before your arrival.

Can I invite friends to dinner at the hotel?
Absolutely! You are welcome to invite friends to join you for dinner at the hotel. We kindly ask that you let us know no later than breakfast on the same day.

Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are welcome upon request. Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to bring your dog.
We kindly ask for your understanding that dogs are not permitted in the garden, wellness area, or restaurant.

Is there a hiking and ski bus?
Yes, both in summer and winter you benefit from excellent public transport connections directly in front of the hotel. Hiking buses in summer and ski buses in winter provide convenient access to the surrounding attractions and ski areas.

Is access to the wellness area included?
Yes, access to our “Water” and “Fire” spa areas is included for all Bergjuwel Apartment guests.

Can I add half board to my stay?
Yes, of course. Half board can be added for the entire duration of your stay.

Is a bread delivery service available?
Yes, please place your order at the reception by 4:00 pm the day before.

How far is the Dorfbahn cable car from the apartments?
The Dorfbahn cable car is located directly next to the Bergjuwel Apartments.

Are the apartments cleaned daily?
No, daily housekeeping is not included. However, a daily cleaning service can be booked for an additional charge of €42 per day.

How are the kitchens equipped?
All kitchens are fully equipped with a cooktop, oven with microwave function, refrigerator, dishes and cutlery, coffee machine, electric kettle and dishwasher.

Is parking available?
Yes, one complimentary parking space in the Dorfbahn parking garage is reserved for each apartment.

Are dogs or other pets allowed in the Bergjuwel Apartments?
No, dogs and other pets are not permitted in the Bergjuwel Apartments.
