Booking Information
Prices are per person and night, including Gaspinger's Half Board Plus and all taxes, excluding the local tax of €2.60 per person per day.
Gaspinger's Half Board Plus starts at 2:30 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Services that are not used cannot be refunded.
The following reductions apply to bookings with breakfast only:
- €25 per full-paying person
- €15 per person staying in an extra bed
A surcharge of 30% applies for single occupancy of a double room or suite. During the main holiday periods at Christmas, New Year's Eve and in February, the surcharge is 50%.
Children’s Rates
Children's rates apply when sharing a room with at least two full-paying guests:
- 0–11.99 years: including children's menu; a supplement of €28 per child applies for the full menu
- From 12 years: including Half Board Plus
A reduction of 20% applies to the third and fourth person aged 15 years and over.
Subsequent price reductions on arrangements or services that have already been booked are not possible.
- Underground parking: €15 per night and car
- Dogs: €25 per day, food not included
- Christmas surcharge: adults €52, children €39
- New Year's Eve surcharge: adults €72, children €50
- Weekend surcharge: €15 per person and day
In the event of unforeseen economic developments or changes in tax rates, the hotel reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly.
Subject to changes, typographical errors and mistakes.
For summer cancellations, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (AGBH), 2006, apply. In addition, the following cancellation policy applies at Gaspingerhof:
- From the date of booking until 31 days before arrival: €30 processing fee
- 30 to 15 days before arrival: 40% of the total arrangement price
- 14 to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total arrangement price
- During the last week before arrival: 90% of the total arrangement price
- In case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the total arrangement price
In addition, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (AGBH), 2006 apply.
These cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the cancelled rooms can be resold in full or in part. The same applies in the event of early departure.
In the event of a cancellation within the applicable cancellation period, a processing fee of €30 will be retained.
For your own protection, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
For winter cancellations, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (AGBH), 2006, apply. Outside the winter high season, the following cancellation policy applies at Gaspingerhof:
- From the date of booking until 31 days before arrival: €30 processing fee
- 30 to 15 days before arrival: 40% of the total arrangement price
- 14 to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total arrangement price
- During the last week before arrival: 90% of the total arrangement price

Winter High Season
The following additional cancellation conditions apply to bookings during the winter high season from 19 December 2026 to 3 January 2027 and from 6 February 2027 to 28 February 2027:
- From the date of booking until 3 months before arrival: €30 processing fee
- 90 to 31 days before arrival: 40% of the total arrangement price
- 30 to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total arrangement price
- During the last week before arrival: 90% of the total arrangement price
- In case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the total arrangement price
