Our reception will happily assist you with organizing taxi transfers with a local taxi service. Please let us know the following details: pickup point, flight number, collection time, number of passengers, and whether you need seat cushions for children. Please pay your driver directly at the end of the trip.
Guests with disabilities will find spacious and wheelchair-accessible rooms. However, since our hotel is a traditional building we could not implement barrier-free access in all areas.

Green option: Sustainability is very important for us. We have been using cleaning agents without chemicals for years. Now we’re going one step further: Guestrooms are straightened up every day unless guests specifically decline the service. If you go for this option, please let our reception know the evening before. We will reward you with a glass of Prosecco (per full-paying guest) at the hotel bar.
All our rooms, dining rooms, wellness area, children’s facilities, Apartments Bergjuwel and Gaspis Bar are non-smoking areas. We ask you to smoke only outdoors on the balcony and near the terrace.
