From A to Z. Please find below important information for your holidays at the Gaspingerhof:

  • Arrival and departure
    • Arrival: Your room will be ready from 15.00. Please let our reception know if you will be arriving later than 18.00.
    • Departure: We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11.00.
    • Our reception will happily assist you with organizing a taxi transfer with an external taxi service. Please let us know the following details: pickup point, flight number, collection time, number of passengers, seat cushions for children required. Please pay your driver directly at the end of the trip.
  • Barrier-free holidays

    Guests with disabilities will find spacious and wheelchair-accessible rooms. However, since our hotel is a traditional building we could not implement barrier-free access in all areas.

  • Package offers


    • Daily rates are per person and night including ¾ luxury half board
    • Price reduction of € 20 per full-paying person and € 12 per additional bed for overnight stays with breakfast
    • 30% surcharge for single occupancy of double rooms and suites
    • 3rd and 4th adult from age 15 – minus 20%

  • Changing room

    A changing room and showers are available for guests who check in early and/or check out late – conveniently located in the underground passage between the hotel and the Dorfbahn gondola lift.

  • Check-in

    Save time and hassle with our advance online check-in form which we will provide you via e-mail before your arrival. All we will need upon your arrival is your signature on the registration form.

  • Children
    • Children’s play area at the hotel with pirate’s ship, dolls, puppet show, ball pit
    • Youth corner with play station, table football, table tennis
    • 143m² sports hall with bouldering wall, basketball, football and slackline to let off some steam
    • In summer playing field with volleyball, swingset, slide and trampoline


    Please note: Children should always be supervised by their parents and not be left to themselves. Parents are solely responsible for any damage or injury.

  • Green Option – Sustainability

    Green Option: Sustainability is very important for us. For years, we have been using cleaning agents without chemicals. Now we’re taking a step further: If a guest dispenses with cleaning of their room, please let our reception know the evening before. We will reward you with a glass of Prosecco (per full-paying guest) at the hotel bar.

  • Food intolerances

    We will gladly prepare special dishes for guests with food intolerances or allergies. We kindly ask you to inform us of your wishes before arrival.

  • Holiday packages

    Packages are only valid if booked in advance and in writing. The services of the packages published on the website at the time of booking apply.

  • Internet

    We provide free and unlimited Internet access throughout the entire hotel.

  • Music-entertainment

    In winter

    • several times per week live music at the hotel bar
    • 1 x per week karaoke at Gaspi’s
  • Non-smoking

    All our rooms, dining rooms, wellness area, children’s facilities, Apartments Bergjuwel and Gaspis Bar are non-smoking areas. We ask you to smoke only outdoors on the balcony and near the terrace.

  • Payment

    We accept payment in cash, Maestro, Eurocard, Visa.

  • Pet policy

    Dogs are only welcome to stay if requested in advance. We charge € 19/day without food.

  • Price list

    All prices and information are without obligation and subject to change. Errors and omissions excepted. There is no legal claim on the indicated services. In the case of unforeseeable economic developments or changes in tax rates, the hotel is entitled to price adjustments.

  • Cancellation policy

    In response to the current situation, we have adjusted our cancellation policy for your summer and autumn holidays 2020. The following special conditions apply: 

    • No fee for cancellations up to 7 days prior to date of arrival
    • 50% of the total price up to 6 days before date of arrival
    • No deposits required for your summer holidays 2020

    Our heartfelt thanks goes out to all guests for considering rebooking instead of cancelling!


    Our cancellation conditions for your winter holidays 2020/2021:

    • up to 31 days before arrival free cancellation
    • up to 15 days before arrival we charge 40% of the total price
    • up to 7 days before arrival we charge 70% of the total price
    • in the last week before arrival we charge 90% of the total price
    • In case of no-show and early departure we charge 100% of the room price

    In case of a timely cancellation € 30.00 will be deducted as processing fee.


    Travel cancellation insurance

    To avoid cancellation fees we recommend taking out a travel insurance, for example with the Europäische Hotelstorno Plus Versicherung.

    The Hotel Cancellation Plus and Premium covers the following reasons in case of cancellation or interruption of the trip by the guest:

    • The guest has contracted COVID-19
    • A close relative or a person living in the same household has contracted COVID-19 and the presence of the guest is urgently needed at home
    • fever and suspected corona, even if the test result is negative later
    • A positive test result without symptoms
    • A close relative in the common household has fallen ill and the guest must be placed in quarantine


  • Reservations
    • Room reservations can only be accepted in written form.
    • Package offers are only valid if booked in advance in written form. Reservations are binding after receipt of € 500 per room. We will not automatically confirm receipt of payment.   • Ski lockers

    Our hotel is connected to the new 10-person gondola lift “Dorfbahn Gerlos” via an underground passage. In the lower terminal you will find a sports shop, ski rental service and a ski depot. Our guests can book their ski lockers in advance. [Ski locker advance reservation form]

  • Ski pass sale

    Sale of ski passes: Zillertaler super ski pass – valid for 2 days or more – are available at the hotel reception. No queuing at the cash desk of the lifts necessary.

  • Ski rental

    Our guests receive minus 10% discount at Sport Huber.

  • Surcharges
    • Surcharge for short stays for weekends during stays Thursday to Sunday: € 15 per person/night
    • Christmas: € 45 per adult / € 35 per child
    • New Year’s Eve: € 65 per adult / € 45 per child
  • Underground car park

    Underground car park is available at € 10 per day/car with direct access to the main building.
