• On your departure day, you are welcome to use your apartment until 10.00. We appreciate your understanding that check-in on your arrival day starts at 15.00.
• Please pick up your key and settle your hotel bill at the reception desk of Hotel Gaspingerhof.
• New: We now offer tablet check-in on your arrival day! To make things quicker, please fill out our online online check-in form in advance. When you arrive, we will just need your signature. IMPORTANT: Remember that you will need to complete a separate form for each room you have booked. If you have booked more than one room, please fill out a form for each additional room. Thank you for your cooperation! 

Cancellation policy Gaspingerhof according to AGBH, 2006

• For cancellations up to 31 days prior to the arrival date no cancellation fee will be charged.
• For cancellations from 30 to 15 days prior to the arrival date we will charge 40% of the total booked amount.
• For cancellations up to 7 days prior to the arrival date we will charge 70% of the total booked amount.
• We charge 90% of the total booked amount for cancellations in the last week before the arrival date.
• In case of no-show or premature departure we charge 100% of the total booked amount.

The following conditions apply for the winter peak season:

15.02.2025 – 09.03.2025

Free cancellation of the contract for accommodation is possible up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date of the guest by means of a unilateral declaration. Cancellation fees must be paid outside this period in accordance with §5.5:

• For cancellations up to 3 months prior to the arrival date no cancellation fee will be charged.
• For cancellations from 90 to 31 days prior to the arrival date we will charge 40% of the total booked amount.
• For cancellations from 30 to 8 days prior to the arrival date we will charge 70% of the total booked amount.
• We charge 90% of the total booked amount for cancellations in the last week before the arrival date.
• In case of no-show or premature departure we charge 100% of the total booked amount.

In addition, the General Terms & Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply.

This cancellation policy applies regardless of whether we are able to fill the vacancies. The same applies in the event of early departure.

For timely cancellations we will charge €30 handling fee.

We recommend taking out a travel insurance.

A deposit of € 300 is required for our holiday apartments, which is pre-authorised on your credit card on arrival. This deposit serves as security for any damage, missing room cards, heavily soiled kitchens or rubbish left behind. Once the apartment has been accepted in perfect condition, the deposit will be released immediately. Otherwise, we reserve the right to retain part or all of the amount.

We keep forgotten items until the end of the season. If they are not claimed by then, we will donate them to charity.

Washing machine and tumble dryer available in the basement (coin-operated).

• Bread roll delivery service: Place your order with our reception by 16.00 the day before. Fresh bread rolls will be delivered to your apartment door at around 7.30.
• Gaspinger’s gourmet breakfast: Start the day with our help-yourself breakfast buffet for € 24 per adult and € 14 per child under 11 years old.
• Reservations at the Hotel Gaspingerhof à la carte restaurant: Reserve a table in our traditional restaurant.
• Table reservation at the Woodfired Grill Gaspi’s: Reserve a table at our popular Woodfired Grill.
• Daily cleaning service: Enjoy the convenience of daily cleaning for an additional € 35 per day.
• Beauty and massage treatments: Pamper yourself with our exclusive wellness treatments.

Payment of your hotel bill:

• On your departure day: from 08.00
• The evening before: until 22.00

Pets are not allowed in the Apartments Bergjuwel.

• Summer: Free parking spaces are available opposite the hotel. Parking garage: € 12 per day per car.
• Winter: Free parking space in the parking garage of the Dorfbahn. Access will be given upon check-in at the hotel reception.

Prices are in euros per apartment and night incl. tax, and include electricity, water, bed linen, towels (weekly changeover), a starter supply of toilet paper and dishwasher tabs. Final cleaning and the tourist tax of € 2.60 per person per night will be charged extra. In winter, a ski depot and a parking space in the Dorfbahn parking garage are also included in the price.

In the case of unforeseeable economic developments or changes in tax rates, the hotel is entitled to price adjustments. Subject to change. Errors and omissions excepted.

The entire hotel, all our guestrooms, and the Apartments Bergjuwel are non-smoking areas. We ask you to smoke only outdoors on the balcony and near the terrace.

Sometimes the unexpected does occur and the long-awaited holiday needs to be cancelled or interrupted. To avoid cancellation fees, we recommend taking out a travel insurance. with the Europäische Reiseversicherung. Visit the website of Europäische Reiseversicherung to calculate your insurance premium.

The use of our two SPA areas “WATER” & “FIRE” with indoor and outdoor pool is included in the price.
